Jamie Rauscher

LVT

President

Jamie is the Medical Manager of a large GP/ER Practice and current President of the GA VTAA. Her interests include ECC, Pain Management, Anesthesia and Client Communication. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Beckie Mossor

RVT

President - Elect

Beckie is a Registered Veterinary Technician living in Southport, NC. She has enjoyed a diverse career in small animals, large animal, mixed practices, management, private consulting, and academia.

Ashli Selke

RVT, CVT

Immediate Past President

Ashli currently resides in West Lafayette, IN where she is the Clinical Lab Coordinator and Instructional Technologist for the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine’s Veterinary Nursing Program.

Harold Davis

RVT, VTS (ECC) (Anes/Analgesia)

Treasurer

Harold has been an RVT for over 40 years. He loves the challenges and opportunities the profession has offered. In his spare time, Harold loves to travel and enjoys photography. Harold’s mantra is: Dare, Dream Do!

Ryan Frazier

BS, LVT

Director

Ryan has extensive experience in veterinary medicine, including time working as a licensed veterinary technician in general practice and specialty settings. He also has a BS degree in Marketing.

Melissa Evans

LVT, CVT, VTS (ECC)

Director

Melissa came to veterinary medicine as a second career and found her calling in Emergency and Critical Care. She lives in Brooklyn, NY where she works in learning and development, providing training for all team members. 

Heather Prendergast

RVT, CVPM, SPHR

Director

Heather has spent over 30 years in the veterinary industry, with 20 years in small animal practice. She has taught several years for both veterinary technology and assistance programs and has authored the book “Front Office Management for the Veterinary Team”, now in its 3rd edition.

Phil Russo

CAE

Executive Director

Phil has spent his entire career working at not-for-profit associations. He has three cats, including his best pal Vinnie, who likes to perch on Phil’s shoulder to get a better view of the world.
