NAVTA received two (2) applications for the one (1) board seat that will be open in 2024. NAVTA’s Nominating Committee has completed its work in ensuring that applicants for the open seat meet all of the requirements specified in NAVTA’s bylaws and policies. As a result, the Nominating Committee hereby places into nomination both applicants as eligible candidates for the open seat.
The candidates for the open Director seat are:

Mariel Hendricks (Incumbent)
Directors are charged with:
Participating in board meetings, discussions, and votes.
Performing service on ad hoc work groups, as assigned.
Serving as liaison to NAVTA committees or work groups, as assigned.
